Instructions:
Cut a piece of white cardstock 8x31/2. Stamp a string of lights down the left side of the cardstock with versamark. Draw on lines with a versamark pen to attach them where lines are missing. Pour on black embossing powder and heat emboss. Paint the lights with the radient pearls. Cut a piece of Bazzill Admiral cardstock 8x13/4 and attach to the other side of the white cardstock. Stamp groups of lights on that piece with Bazzill admiral ink. Stamp the Christams Dreams saying on piece of white cardstock cut 3x15/8. with versamark. Pour on black embossing powder and heat emboss. Paint the stars with sour lemon radient pearls. Mat that piece on a piece of DCWV green cardstock leaving a 1/8 border. Attach that piece to the card. approx 2” from the top. Stamp a light with versamark and heat emboss with black embossing powder. Paint it with fire opal radient pearls. When dry cut it out and attach to the bottom right of the matted saying. Add a piece of thin wire and glue it behind the saying to attach.
