Small clear metal rimmed tag.

Instructions:
Stamp heart on white cardstock with red ink. Cover with super sticky tape. Cut out. Take the backing to the tape off the front. Cover the outline of the heart with the red embroidery floss. Sprinkle with micro beads until covered. Pour off the excess. Cut a piece of pokadot cardstock approx 4 x 5 1/4. Attach the pink cardstock 1x4 1/2 to the red cardstock also cut 1x 4 1/2 so only ¼ of the red cardstock shows. Attached that to the pokadot cardstock. Take the backing off the back of the heart attach that on top of the pink and red piece on the left hand side at an angle. Stamp Tweet Heart in black on the sm. metal rimmed tag attach it with 2 silver circle brads to the right of the heart.. Mat the whole card on a piece of red cardstock approx 4 1/4 x5 ½.
