Art Instructions:
Stamp fish with black stazon on transparency. Let dry. Turn the transparency over and work on the unstamped side. Place random dots of the alcohol inks on the transparency. Moisten a sponge with the blending solution and sponge it over the inks. Reapply the inks allowing the spots to run. Add more blending solution if you want the spots to run more. Add more inks and blending solution until you are satisfied with the coverage. Let air dry or dry with a heat tool. Sponge white craft ink over the dried alcohol inks. You should still be able to see the alcohol inks. Cover with clear embossing powder. Remove excess and heat emboss. Turn the piece over and cut approx 4x4. Mat on yellow card stock cut approx 5x5. Cut blue paper to fit the corners of the yellow paper. Add green eyelets to hold the transparency on. Cut green cardstock approx 51/4 x 51/4 and attach to black cardstock approx 6x6. Add stickers in the upper right hand corner at an angel.
