Apply torn mulberry paper to cardstock. Wrapped fiber around the middle of the cardstock to embellish.  Apply Radiant pearls directly onto the rubber and stamp the image onto white cardstock.  Trim around the cardstock image.  Mount to card stock with foam to have image pop up from the card.
