Supplies:
Jr. Legal note pad
Pencil
Ribbon
Fiskars double rectangle hand held punch or any 1/8" punch
10 ½ x 8 ¼ cardstock (for cover)
contrasting color cardstock (for layers, pocket and bookmark)
4 ¾" x 8" cardstock for stamping 
5 x 3 inch cardstock (covering the top of the notepad)
Stamps & ink pads of choice
Double stick tape 

COVER 
Using the 10 ½ x 8 ¼ piece of cardstock, measure in 5 1/8", score and fold. Score and fold in ¼" from first measurement. 
Attach the 5 x 3 inch paper to the top of the note pad. Tape the top of the note pad to the cover piece.
Collage stamp cardstock for cover layer. Using double rectangle punch down approximately 1 ¼ inch down from top and 1 ¼ inch up from bottom. Thread ribbon, and attach stamped sheet to cover. Tie the pencil to the front. INSIDE COVER
Cut contrasting color for pocket. Approx. 3 ½ inch square. Using double stick tape, adhere to inside of notable cover. 
Stamp accent piece (to match cover of notable)..... cut layer to fit accent piece. Adhere to the pocket front. BOOKMARK
Cut a 2 x 5 ½ in strip of paper and stamp to match cover of notable. 
Cut layers to correspond to your notable color choice, and layer to fit bookmark. Punch 1/8" hole in top of bookmark. Add ribbon and put bookmark in pocket.
Your notable is done and ready to use.
