This is one of those simple and easy cards to make.   Using a brayer I colored the 3 Rectangle Grid stamp with a rainbow inkpad.  Then I stamped in onto white matte cardstock.  Then using Black Memories ink, I stamp the words Celebrate and Birthday in the top and bottom grid and then used the Hat and Balloon border in the middle grid.  Then I layered on to matching cardstock and then layered again onto another cardstock that co-ordinates with the color ink used.
