Use a brown lunch bag. Lay flat on the table. Fold the bottom section back and glue together. Trim the corners to look like tag.
Fold bag to the bottom section that was folded.
Stamp images and mount onto paper bag. Color with colored pencils. Add ribbon and embellishment to bottom.
Fold the flap over on the paper bag. Staple a saying across the flap. You will staple at each end of the front of the paper bag.
