I covered the front of the card with an embossed pearl paper.  Using my Fiscars Circle Cutter,  I cut a hole in this layer, big enough to show the pattern through it.  I stamped the lily through the hole so it would be centered.   On the front of the card,  I added a thin round ring of paper for the frame and rubbed it with  a brown pad and then embossed it in clear powder.  I added the turquoise and orange ribbons and a few little colorful beads, below the frame.  I then opened the card and added some clear acetate, to the back of the opening, to make it look like a window.   I added a small ring around the outside of the stamp and then made it into little panels to match the flower.
