Start with a size #1 blank card.  Cut off 2 -1/4” of the right- front of the card, showing some of the inside of the card.  I layered 2 squares of blue lined paper on the remaining part of the front.  Add a layer of textured paper and then the stamped and cut out hat and pocketbook.  I stamped the hat and pocketbook onto glossy blue paper with silver embossing powder.  I glued these papers down and then put the hat and pocketbook on to that layer, with pop dots.  The inside of the card, has a piece of the blue stripped paper, just on the right side but only going in just past the front of the card edge.  This leaves the white area for and writing you want to do.
