Stamp image using Dye Inkpad. Roll images slightly. This may take some practice, so practice before doing your final project. 
Emboss with Clear embossing powder immediately as dye ink is very fast drying. Add Ribbon and a Tag

Tips

Does not work with Pigment ink as it smears.
Remember that no 2 snowflakes are alike so some mistakes are forgivable.
Prior to embossing you can wipe away mistakes with Starzon cleaner.
