Strip of darker paper- colonial blue

I attached colonial blue strip to the back on the left side of the card.  Then I cut some strips inward and folded forward.  Then I insert eyelets.

Next, I cut the blue cardstock on bottom in a wave manner.  I attached to the card.  Then I stamped and embossed the greeting into the lower right corner of the card.

I then stamped the feathered shadow on white card stock with Blue ink and then cut it out.

This was then glued to the card front.
