Stamp stars on white card stock in red. Tear blue card stock and attach to white with stars. Stamp hippo onto vellum. Turn over and stamp hippo again, matching up its feet. Turn over and color in the top hippo with markers. (working from the backside of the top hippo). Place on card so that hippo’s feet are on top of the blue card stock. Trim off any excess. Tear 2” red strip of card stock in half and attach to each side of the card. Stamp words on the bottom. Use glue dots to attach tiles to the sides of card.
