Acetate and pearl ex powders.  Stamp image on acetate with StazOn black.  Run through a Xyron to coat the back of the image.  Using a paint brush, paint pearl ex onto sticky surface.  When completed, run through a Xyron again and adhere to black glossy (or white, depending on the effect of colors).
