Images:  I love Cats Postoid   839-102G 2.5" by 2.5"
                   Greater Stitchwort  063-007C 1.5" x 1.5"

Hand-made notebook  (4 ¼” x 5 ½”)

1. Create the batik on mulberry by stamping flower image in navy ink and spritz with water. After it dries, stamp with indigo ink and spritz.  Let dry and stamp the same image with blue Stazon.
2. Glue the mulberry to periwinkle cardstock, glue periwinkle cardstock to .22 gauge cardboard.
3. Stamp the cat postoid onto cream cardstock and color with watercolor pencils and blend. Use decorative scissors to cut out the image and mat onto navy cardstock.
4. Attach ribbon vertically around the cover and glue the cat postoid image over the seam on the front. Cover the backside of the cardboard with cardstock.
5. Tie tails of ribbon onto the vertical ribbon and add a brass charm.
6. Use regular stationary paper, cut into quarters to fill the notebook/journal.
7. Punch the edges for coil binding and assemble.
