-On light blue Bazzill cardstock, using CIRCLE stamp, stamp first with white ink and then with dark blue in a row across the paper. Cut and tape to white card.

-Using a straight stitch, sew in waves along top and bottom edge of blue carstock.

-Decorate with snowflake puchies and silver mini brads.

-Stamp TO MY FRIEND in black.
