Art Instructions
Use ornament punch 8 times on kelly green c/s. Trim each negative punch area to 1 1/8" square. Color heavy
duty aluminum foil with various Sharpie markers. Attach small squares of this colored foil behind the ornament
squares. Edge each square with the metallic gold marker.
Cut out a 2 7/8" circle out of lime green c/s. Cut a 2 3/8" circle out of the middle of it, leaving a 1/4" circle
frame. Attach a larger piece of colored foil behind the opening. Cut a 2 7/8" circle out of clear acetate. With
black permanent ink, stamp sentiment in center. Attach on top of foiled circle frame with 3 small gold brads.
Draw and cut out an ornament hook with the same lime green c/s. Embellish it with a silver gel pen and attach
to top of circle.
Stamp Christmas tag with black ink, once onto red c/s and once onto white c/s. Color the two ornaments on the
white version and cut out. Apply a thin layer of clear drying glue and coat with transparent glitter. When dry,
attach on top of the ornaments on the red tag version. Apply a small amount of bleach to areas of the stocking
on the red tag. Punch or cut out the tree ornaments and stars on the red tag. Apply more of the colored foil
behind these openings.
On a 6 1/2" x 5" white card, stamp Christmas words background with the gold ink on the front and inside of the
card. With the fold at the top, cut off 1 1/4" from the bottom of the front. (The card front should now measure 3
3/4" high while the card back is still 5".) Evenly space 5 of the foiled ornament squares across the bottom inside
of the card. (These will appear to be on the card front, but are actually on the card inside.) Arrange the
remaining 3 foiled ornament squares evenly down the left side of the card front. Attach the large foiled
ornament to the right side of card front. Thread the braid through the tag and wrap the ends around the
ornament hook. Attach the red tag as shown to card front.
(Card inside: The Christmas words background should already be stamped across the card inside with the gold
ink. With black ink, stamp the ornament pair on lower inside and color in with markers and a
water brush. When
dry, highlight with glitter gel pens.)
