Art Instructions:
Using the ¾” square punch, punch 48 squares out of the
various blue & green paint chip samples. Attach to a piece of sticker paper in
rows (8 across and 6 down). Stamp Fancy Fish with black permanent ink and heat
set to dry. Trim sticker paper squares background to 5 ¾” x 4 ⅜” and edge with
blue Sharpie marker. Attach to a 6” x 4 ⅝” piece of lime c/s then to a 6 ½” x 5”
card made from teal c/s.
Cut a tag from a separate piece of lime c/s. Stamp Happy
Birthday with black ink and edge with teal Sharpie maker. Attach eyelet to tag
then attach tag to card front. Trace over the letters with a blue Glaze pen. Use
a clear Glaze pen on the fish eye and bubbles. Draw a fish hook and line from
the fish to the tag using a black Sharpie marker.
