Art Instructions:
Heat a 2 ¾” square of kid’s foam blocks (which has a
circular open center) for 10 seconds with a heat gun then press firmly onto the
Retro Rectangles stamp to create a negative impression. Ink the foam stamp with
the heliotrope, mint, sky blue and peony pigment inks from the Enchantment Petal
Point and stamp repeatedly onto a 5 ¾” x 4 ¼” piece of white cardstock, reinking
before each impression. Coat with the embossing powder and heat emboss. Stamp
one of the Retro Designs in the white spaces left by the circle openings using
gold ink and emboss using the same powder. Run the edges along the gold ink pad,
coat with the same powder and emboss.
On a 4 ¼” x 1 ¾” strip of red-violet c/s, stamp the two
retro designs with the gold ink, coat with the same powder and emboss. Ink and
emboss the edges as before. Punch out the center design with the circle punch
and emboss the edges in the same manner. Attach 4 mint green eyelets to the
corners of the strip and attach to the left side of the background. Attach the
layers to a 6 ½” x 5” periwinkle fiber card. Attach the punched out circle over
the center of the red-violet strip with foam pop dots. Glue a 4mm crystal
rhinestone in center. Glue 3mm round lavender rhinestones in the centers of the
remaining two designs.
