Art Instructions
Stamp image in center of 6 ½” x 5” piece of watercolor paper using
waterproof black ink. Stamp again on a scrap piece of watercolor paper. Paint
image using waterbrush and dye reinkers. Paint ships and calligraphy only on
second stamped image and cut out. Use a stylus or other round tip object to add
dimension to sails.
Cut a 6 ½” x 5 ¼” rectangle out of scrap piece of cardboard using Coluzzle
template. Wrap strands of raffia around the entire frame, securing the raffia on
the back side of the frame. Attach frame on top of painted image using the red
liner tape. Attach ship cut outs on corresponding area of image using foam pop
dots. Attach calligraphy cut out to lower right corner of frame using red liner
tape. Highlight image with white gel pen. Attach to the front of a 6 ½” x 5”
card.
