On 5 3/4" x 6 3/8" ivory cardstock, use parchment and cerulean
pigment inks direct to paper. When thoroughly dry, stamp large peacock
feather randomly with cerulean ink and emboss with the transparent glitter ep.

glitter gem blue zircon marker. Attach to card front on top of cobalt
cardstock.
On 5 1/2" x 4" piece of ivory cardstock, stamp lady with black dye
ink. Color with colored pencils. Using template, cut a 4" x

frame. Attach frame around the lady and trim the ivory cardstock to fit
behind the oval. With silver gel pen, draw designs on the blue frame and

jewel near cord and another on top of her earring. Using pop dots, attach
lady on top.

peacock feather using moonlight with ink. Using stamp a positioner, stamp
sentiment on tag with Mediterranean blue ink (split sentiment onto two lines to
fit tag). Edge the tag with the blue pad. Trace over sentiment with
dark blue glitter pen. Punch 4 small bows out of leftover background
cardstock. Attach two to front and back of tag top and punch small
hole. Thread short piece of blue cord through tag hole. Fold vellum
pocket and attach to lower right card front. Insert tag part of the way
and attach the other two bows to either side of pocket.
