Art Instructions
Make confetti tissue background by spraying two sheets of white tissue with spray adhesive. Lay one piece down, sticky side up and sprinkle metallic foil confetti over the surface. Place other piece of tissue paper over the top and press together. Roll over the surface with a brayer to insure proper adhesion. Spray both sides of tissue sandwich with clear polyurethane (this makes it translucent). When dry, attach to the front of a 6 ½” x 5” lime green card.
Stamp image on 3 ¾” x 5” piece of white c/s with black ink. Stamp greeting below the image. Color in with colored pencils and edge piece with a black marker. Highlight with glitter gel pens. Attach two 2 ¾” x 4 ¼” pieces of lime green c/s behind opposite corners as shown then attach to a 4 ⅜” x 5 ⅝” piece of grape c/s. Edge with black marker then attach to card front on top of confetti background.
