Art Instructions
Use template to cut out purse pieces. Cut purse and card insert topper out of lime green c/s. Cut flap liner, side gussets and card insert back out of textured teal c/s. Score purse and gussets where indicated. Stamp Purses Background over outside of purse using Turquoise ink. Stamp again on front and back of teal insert using Teal ink. Stamp one purse and greeting on card insert topper using Turquoise ink. Attach card insert topper to back.
Color in some areas of purses using Mint green marker. Highlight with glitter gel pens. Attach tacky tape to all edges of purse insides. Cut a 16” length of Fun Fur and fold in half to form purse handle. String 5 round iridescent beads onto the double strand. Wind an 8” piece of the Evita yarn around the Fun Fur. Push the ends through the holes in the top of the purse and attach to the inside of the flap. Hold two lengths of Fun Fur yarn between the purse flap and flap liner before attaching together. Attach gussets to purse sides.
Attach a small scrap of teal c/s to left front purse flap. Attach a round green glass bead on top with tacky glue. Attach one side of Velcro coin to underside of flap and opposite Velcro coin to corresponding area of purse front. Place card insert in the purse.
