INSTRUCTIONS
Cut a 2-5/8 x 2-5/8 square from olive card stock. Stamp Birthday Background
in Olive ink on square. Turn over and use a pencil and draw lines diagonally
from corner to corner creating an ‘X’. Punch a 1/16” hole at the center of the
‘X’. Cut in 1-1/8” on the lines at all four corners. Erase any pencil marks. At
each cut, curl the paper over so it overlaps the hole in the center – punch a
1/16” hole at each curled tip. Insert brad into paper flower, through each hole
in the tips and then through the center hole and fasten.
Cut olive paper for your card with fold to the left. Cut Kraft paper slightly
smaller than card front. Stamp Birthday background with Castaway pad, let sit
for 5 minutes, then iron or heat (use bleach if you don’t have Castaway pad-no
need to iron).
Over stamp Birthday Background with Versa Mark, let dry. Use decorative photo
corner punch at all four corners. Using olive ink, over stamp Solid Balloon
randomly.
Cut olive scrap to fit into photo corner at bottom (approx. 3-7/16” x 13/16”).
Cut smaller scrap of Kraft (approx. 2-1/4” x 5/8”). Using olive marker, color
directly on Birthday Background stamp the word celebrate – stamp it onto the
Kraft piece. Layer onto the Olive scrap and insert in photo corner slots – glue
down. Layer finished Kraft piece onto olive card. Attach pinwheel with foam tape
or your choice of adhesive.
