Golden yellow card stock, one piece cut to 8 ½” x 5 ½” folded to A2 size card
Turquoise card stock, one piece large enough to cut four 2” circles
White card stock, one piece around 5 ½” x 4 ¼” or equivalent stamp to stamp all needed images
Six 1/8” red “snap” style eyelets
Brayer
Heat tool
Blender pen
Wavy decorative edged scissors
Scissors
Circle cutting tools (a knife with templates or die cutters, whatever you have that can be used to cut one circle inside of another)
Eyelet setting tools for 1/8” eyelets
STRONG dry adhesive with liner paper (the red liner kind or from an adhesive machine)

1)      Place the white face card board white side up and squirt out lines of the LA paint parallel to the long side of the piece.

2)      Use the brayer to blend the paint across the piece of card board. Let dry for at least one hour. (Go and immediately wash the paint off your brayer!)

3)      Stamp one Scuba Kitty, 4 Smiley fish, and 4 School of Fish using the black ink on the white card stock. Let dry.

4)      Use the blender pen to pick up color from the inside lid of the dye inks to color in all the images you just stamped. Clean the pen between colors by scribbling on clean scrap paper until the “ink” runs clear. Let dry.

5)      Use the circle cutting tools to cut two 1 3/8” circles out of the upper half of the yellow card front.

6)      Use the circle cutting tools to cut 4 rings out of the turquoise card stock. The inner diameter should be 1 3/8” and the outer diameter should be approximately 1/2” larger.

7)      Attach one ring to each of the 2 holes on the front of the card with adhesive.

8)      Attach 3 eyelets around the edge of one ring. Repeat with the other ring.

9)      Attach the other 2 rings with strong adhesive to the back side of the 2 holes on the inside of the card.

10)  Use the heat tool to “puff” the paint on the card board. Let cool.

11)  Stamp the plants using the StazOn ink on the surface of the puffed paint. Press hard to get a good impression. Let dry.

12)  Use the permanent markers to color the plants.

13)  Apply the glitter glue to the plant bubbles. Let dry.

14)  Apply the strong adhesive to the back of the white card stock.

15)  Use the scissors to cut out all the images stamped on the white card stock.

16)  Use the wavy edged scissors to trim the top of the painted piece.

17)  Adhere the painted piece to the inside of the card.

18)  Take note of where the “sea” shows thru’ the “portholes” and place the stamped images so some of them can be seen, but most are hidden until the card is opened.

19)  Apply the glitter glue to the kitty’s air bubbles. Let dry.

20)  Stamp the phrase on the front & inside using the pigment ink. Let dry.

21)  Add the punctuation (the apostrophe & ellipses) using the pigment pen. Let dry.
