Metallic pigment inks in blue, purple, pink, rose, pearl gray & silver
Detail silver embossing powder
Opaque pastel gel pens in white, blue, green, pink, purple, & yellow

Matte black wrapping paper
Black card stock
¼" hand held circle punch

Silver tassel w/cord
Velvet ribbon (about 9")
Silver mini rickrack
Double sided tape
Tape for wrapping
1)
Cut a piece of wrapping paper a little larger than the size you know you
need.
2)
Stamp the cluster in 1st color of pigment ink in an all over
random fashion leaving open spaces.
3)
Stamp the cluster in 2nd color of pigment ink in a random
fashion, filling some of the empty spaces.
4)
Repeat with all the colors of pigment ink using the Snowflake Cluster,
over-lapping colors as needed (clean the stamp between colors), until all of the
negative space is filled. Let dry over night or use a heat tool to speed up the
drying time.
5)
Stamp the Snowman tag stamp using the silver ink onto a piece of black
card stock scrap large enough to comfortably fit the image.
6)
Sprinkle the detail silver embossing powder over stamped tag image; tap
off the excess powder onto a piece of scrap paper; and pour the loose powder
back into the container.
7)
Use the heat tool to melt powder until smooth. Let cool.
8)
Use the opaque pastel gel pens to color the embossed image. Be careful
not to obscure the embossed details with the gel ink. Let dry.
9)
Cut out the tag close to the embossed edge with the scissors.
10)
Punch the hole where shown on the tag.
11)
Cut the velvet ribbon ends to points and thread one end through the hole
in the tag to the middle of the ribbon. Fold the ribbon and finger press to mark
the “middle”.
12)
Place the double stick tape on the back side of the ribbon, starting at
one end point, from side edge to side edge to a 1/2” or so down from the
middle fold of the ribbon. Use 2 pieces if necessary to line that half of the
back side with tape, peeling off the backing of the 1st piece before
applying the 2nd piece. Trim tape around the ribbon ends so no tape
shows from the front of the point. Peel the backing off the second piece of
tape.
13)
Place the tassel at the cut tip of the sticky end of the ribbon and place
its cord down the center of the tape. Snip off any extra cord where the tape
ends.
14)
Take the un-sticky end of the ribbon and match its point up with the
sticky point and press them together. Work your way down the ribbon, pressing
the edges together, until you get to where the tape ends.
15)
Cut one piece of rickrack to the length needed to wrap your gift box and
one piece 4” long; then dip the ends of both pieces into some glitter glue to
keep the ends from fraying. Let dry.
16)
Wrap your gift box with the stamped paper.
17)
Tie the long piece of rickrack around the box so the ends tie together in
the upper left corner.
18)
Tie the extra piece of rickrack into the knot and then tie both sets of
rickrack over the velvet ribbon to secure the tag to the package.
