Supplies:
Photos of a yummy lobster dinner
Scrabble alphabet stamps (887-102L)
Lobster stamp (897-101E)
White, black, & orange pigments inks
Clear embossing powder
Heat tool
Scissors (I find the small bladed type work well for detail
cutting)
Orange card stock, one 6 x 6” piece, one 4.5 x 3.5”
piece, one 3/4 x 6” strip
Black card stock, 6 x 6” piece, one 4.5 x 3.5” piece,
one 3/4 x 9.5” strip
Archival adhesive of choice
1)
Stamp Lobster up left edge of black 6 x 6” foundation using orange
pigment ink, stamping off the edges.
2)
Sprinkle clear embossing powder over row of stamped Lobsters. Tap excess
onto scrap paper and pour back into container.
3)
Use heat tool to melt powder until almost smooth.
4)
Stamp next row of Lobsters next to the previous row going in the opposite
direction. Powder and heat.
5)
Repeat, reversing direction of Lobsters on each row, until foundation is
covered with embossed images.
6)
Do the same on the orange 6 x 6’ foundation using black pigment ink and
clear embossing powder.
7)
Stamp black page title letters with alphabet using white pigment ink.
Powder & heat.
8)
Do the same with orange page title letters.
9)
Cut out all letters with scissors and position on appropriate page ½”
from edges and ½” apart. Adhere.
10)
Mount photos onto 4.5 x 3.5” pieces of black & orange card stock.
11)
Adhere mounted photos to foundations ¼” from edges.
