First Stamp Leaf on Glossy Black cardstock using Golden Mist Opalite and then Emboss the leaf.  Then set aside. 

Next make the Background.  Using a squeegee and raking the colors of Golden Mist and Winter Rust on a piece of black glossy cardstock makes the texture and stripped look.  

Tear a piece of Brown card stock and glue it to the card.  Then glue the black glossy textured piece that you just made.  Next layer the leaf that you had done on the black cardstock with color that matches the torn edge.  Position the leaf rectangle where it looks pleasing to you on the card.  

Then stamp the words Happy Fall.
