Art Instructions
Note: Radiant Pearls could be mixed with water and substituted for Twlinking H2Os.
- Mist Twinkling H2Os with water. Use a small piece of packing plastic to dab paint onto white cardstock. Repeat with all three colors. Load piece of packing plastic with paint and swipe around edges of panel. Allow to dry.
- Stamp Small Fireworks on painted panel with cranberry ink.
- Stamp Happy New Year on green cardstock. Adhere to stamped panel and fold over the back as a tab. Layer ribbon and attach with double-sided tape.
- Layer stamped panel on cranberry and green cardstock and adhere to black card base.
