The Press Vacation Pack
Instructions for 8x8 layouts:
1.
Trim a piece of cardboard or chipboard to 2 ½” square. Trim 2 pieces of
cardboard or chipboard to 2” square.
2.
Pick up one square and ink the entire face with embossing ink.
3.
Sprinkle on embossing enamel, heat to melt the powder then repeat 3
times.
4.
After the final coat is added, ink the stamp with embossing ink and press
into the still hot enamel on the cardboard square. Let sit for about a minute
then remove the stamp.
5.
Repeat for the other 2 squares. Set to the side.
6.
Sand the edges of the background brown cardstock.
7.
Trim 2 pieces of patterned paper to 4”x6”, tearing one of the short edges
off.
8.
Adhere one mat at an angle on one of the cardstock background papers.
9.
Adhere a photo on top of that piece, straight.
10.
Repeat for the right side of the layout.
11.
Trim a piece of tan cardstock from scraps to about 2”x3” for journaling.
12.
Adhere this journal box to the right side of the photo.
13.
Cut out letters for the title and adhere to the upper part of the page
just to the right of the photo.
14.
Tie ribbon around the page to slightly cover the bottom of the photo.
15.
Adhere the large embossed tile at an angle, to the lower right corner of
the photo.
16.
Adhere ribbon to the upper part of the right side page.
17.
Adhere Country Label in the center of the ribbon then adhere the smaller
embossed tiles at an angle.
18.
Write date in the lower right corner.
19.
Pierce holes in the desired locations for the photo anchors. When
located, add the anchor then the brad to secure. Done!
