Lasting Impressions with Panache Stamp: Snowmen Melt Hearts 183-004D
Stewart Superior India Ink: Black
LuminArte: Twinkling H2O’s
JoAnn’s: Brads
Shoebox Trims: Fiber
Tools: Water brush or Watercolor Brush and cup of water, 1” Round Punch or larger and Paper Piercer
Paper: White and Blue Parchment Cardstock; Winter-themed Patterned Paper
Instructions for A2 size card:
1. Stamp snowman on white cardstock using India Ink.
2. Trim image from main piece of cardstock, leaving a small border around the image.
3. Stamp saying on scrap piece of white cardstock using India Ink.
4. Color images with Twinkling H2O’s using the water brush or a brush with water.
5. Tear one of the patterned papers to fit just inside the card front.
6. Punch a circle from the other patterned paper.
7. Adhere torn background piece to the center of the card front.
8. Adhere snowman image to the left side of that patterned piece and slip part of the punched circle slightly underneath the right side of the image.
9. Lift up the punch circle on the right and apply adhesive. Place paper back down to secure.
10. Trim the saying close to the text and adhere diagonally across the upper right corner of the card front.
11. Secure right end of the saying with a snowflake brad.
12. Cut a 3” piece of fiber and wrap around the shaft of the snowflake brad then push down to secure.
13. Pierce 3 holes in a horizontal line to the right of the snowman image.
14. Push a mini round brad through each pierced hole and secure.
15. Doodle dashed lines around the outer edge of the card front for decoration. Done!
